本岗位在惠州三星电子驻厂,直接向我司销售部经理汇报工作。
Job duties 岗位职责:
- Defects confirm and analysis after receiving customer complaints or RMA information.收到客户投诉或RMA信息后确认分析产品不良原因。
- Highlight customer complaints to operation team and drive team to work out an action plan to solve problems and monitor the action result.及时汇报客户投诉,推动团队制定一个改善计划来解决问题和跟进改善结果。
- On site reworking if customer request and report failure ratio and ship back failure samples to manufacture for FA按客户要求到现场返工,汇报不良率并将不良样品寄回工厂。
-Build solid relationship with customer.跟客户建立紧密联系。
Qualifications 岗位要求:
- Good command of speaking Korean and Simple English.会讲韩语或朝鲜语(能跟韩国人无障碍沟通)无学历要求。
- Well organized, proactive and independent.良好的组织能力,能自发独立的工作。
- Team work player.有团队精神。
- Being patient and can work under pressure. 能承受工作压力,有耐心。
- Good communication skill.良好的沟通能力。
- Sincerely, Warmly, Outgoing, Honest, Friendly.真诚,热情,外向,诚实,友好。
