1.To build up rapport and relationship with customers
2.To provide good sales services to key customer, including both pre-sales and after-sales services.
3.To execute company sales policies and procedures and ensure customer understanding consistence
4.Review customer contracts /documents with legal departments
5.Negotiate terms of delivery and payment with finance /credit Dept. Collect payment on time
6.To work with technical team and/or FAE for customer R&D projects
7.Provide product design-in and testing, programming service to customer .Offer laboratory quality control service, including update PCN.
8.Perform a wide range of major sales activities, including handling daily customer requirements, negotiations, providing customer with product pricing, availability, product substitution options and other related information.
9.Backlog management and Inventory /Sales Overdrive /Overdue Payment control, buffer planning for customer.
10.Regular interface with internal and external resources , including suppliers, product marketing ,customer service, material planning and management to outline plans and to secure successful sales
11.To achieve quarterly/annually sales target
1.Above 2 years semiconductor experience in sales
2.Technical background and good command of English preferred
3.Full enthusiasm of customer first
