工作职责： 职责描述： 1. Use technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, product applications and company services 2. Investigate or resolves customer problem 3. Maximize the design-win dollar value through continuous providing design-in supports to customer. 4. Acquire product application material / know-how to propose design solution 5. Register Design-In in the supplier and company’s system 6. Plans, schedules and prioritizes level of technical support according to customer requirement and management direction 7. Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design process. 8. Complies and Submit statistics or periodic reports. 

 任职资格： 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 2. 2+years in R&D or at least 3 year in FAE position. 3. IGBT, Motor(especially induction motor, permanent magnet motor) RD or FAE experience is plus. 4. R&D experience on 220V/380V Motor controller or relative product is plus. 5. Familiar with MCU software & relative circuit design is plus. 6. Good communication skill. 7. Good business sense. 8. Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated and able to work under high work pressure. 9. Mature and able to work independent.
