Responsibilities:

-          Take responsibility for all projects related to shower and bath product range; propose reliable and performing sourcing solutions to buyers;

-          Ensure all quote sheet data is accurate and completed before submission; check and update data status;

-          Checking product samples, quotes, artworks, IM and packaging to ensure customer requirements are met;

-          Responsible for complete purchase order execution and follow-up, including verify key-in quote sheets, follow up with buyers and customers, inspection arrangement, monitor shipment fulfillment, etc and customer satisfaction;

-          Regularly follow-up and track all sourcing projects to ensure they are delivered to the required quality level, on-time and in full;

-          Coordinate with internal departs on logistics, quality requirements and factory compliance to ensure effective delivery;

-          Report regularly to ensure the management team is fully aware of the progress and issues associated with each projects;

-          Coordinate and support customers and buyers throughout the buying trips, such as buying trip arrangement and participation;

-          Customer focus and weekly conference call (English) with the customer to update the project status;

-          Perform other duties as assigned by management;

Requirements:

-          College degree or above;

-          3+ years’ experience of relevant products,  candidates with experience of similar position in supplier or multinational background or EU buying office is preferable;

-          Good understanding of the product construction/materials, and market trend of bathroom products; in-depth knowledge of manufacturing process, cost trends and building material applications; as well as commercial understanding;

-          Good command of English and MS office software (excel, word, outlook, etc);

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player, well organized, logical and analytical;

-          Able to work under pressure and willing to handle paper work;

-          Willing to travel per business requirement;
