Overview:
This position will be responsible for training related tasks deployment in Shenzhen Facility and SSC Training Admin for China.
Responsibilites:
Organization Learning & development in SZ Facilities
- Deliver Orientation Training to newcomers and trainings coordination with other functions
- Collect and summarize Annual Training needs and DNA for facility wide to finalize Annual Training
Plan and its execution
- Newcomers' Job qualification collection and filing for Shenzhen
- Follow standard operational process to ensure the assigned training programs are successfully deployed
- Support end-to-end training deployment process includes training planning, purchasing, enrollment, logistic arrangement, cost allocation, training assessment, etc
Internal and External audit Coordination
- Internal and External audit coordination for Shenzhen.
- Coordinate with other functions to fulfill audit tasks on employee qualification and training for Shenzhen
- Keep training related WI and HRD document updated for Shenzhen
SSC Training Admin for China
- Campus recruitment support on Trainee/Apprentice programs
- SAP application/ form filing and organize SAP training (Apply for SAP accounts for newcomers and job transfers, etc.)
- [PEO]HR730 Service Cooperation
- Training logistics (For internal training)
- Training support (For external training)
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in education/human resources or other relevant field
2. 3-5 years' related working experience in multinational companies, preferably in training department or as HR generalist.
3. Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership of the job
4. Certain experience to act as a facilitator/trainer in MNC is preferred
5. Good English communications skills
6. Open, mature and flexible personality
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
8. Good in office, esp. excel, word,ppt
