? Scan the market for new materials development

? Support buyer/design/BPO merchandisers with advice/solutions on materials regarding quality/price/leadtime

爲採購、設計以及BPO採購跟單等工作人員在材料方面提供質檢、價格和交期等工作提供支持建議。

? Maintain the relationship w/ suppliers

相關供應商的關係維護。

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities

? Sourcing material vendor and materials( fabrice/trim) to meet designer and merchandiser’s request

協助供應商滿足設計師和採購跟單的需求。

? Negotiate the price, communicate / confirm the leadtime, quality standard with supplier

與供應商議價、確認交期和質量要求。

? Follow up the sampling process

跟進樣品流程。

? Make record and analyze the developments each season to give continuous improvement

書面記錄並分析每一季的產品相關發展和持續進步情況。

? Work with merchandising manager to manage material supplier base

與採購跟單經理共同商討物料供應商的管理。

? Risk assessment & management of all materials

對所有相關物料進行風險評估管理。

? Sovle the problems during bulk prouction

有產品量產過程中所發生的一切相關問題的解決能力。

? Help to set up and maintain material library

協助建立並維護物料庫。

Specific requirements for this position

？ Good education backgroud for textile/garment, bachelar degree or above is preferable

大學以上紡織服裝類相關教育背景

？ 3 years or above experiences on matrial soucing/develoment

3年或以上相關物料採購開發工作經驗

？ Familiar with knitting/woven/denim fabric.

熟悉内衣、針织、梭织、牛仔麵料。

？ Good knowledge of yarn, processing of knitting, finishing / printing, able to give suggestions/options to design team

具備針織加工、印刷知識，爲設計部門提供相關建議的能力。

？ Good communicate skills, and good sense of cost control

具有良好的溝通技能和成本控制意識。

？ Able to work independently

具備獨立工作的能力。

？ Fluent in written English, Mandarin.

中英文書寫流利。

？ Familiar with MS-office

熟悉相關辦公軟件。
