Key Responsibilities
1. Base on the organization needs and business needs, develops/design key training strategies and models/structures for PRC operation cross the group .
2. Responsible for conducting key training courses for middle level managers cross the group together with plant training resources.
3. Offers TTT courses for the plant training resources which would enable them to conduct essential courses according to the structure.
4. Work with business leaders/managers to offer an easy to manage assessment tool to confirm the high potential employees list and work out a roadmap for these employees .
5. Work out a training roadmap for the high performers and make sure the plan gets executed timely and within the budget.
6. Assist in the annual budgeting activities in training functions based on current data and future training outlook.
7. Update all training policies/procedure whenever necessary to better support business activities and needs.
8. Prepare monthly report for training function cross the group with key initiatives, activities and metrics .
9. Oversees the maintenance of training records and files to ensure proper documentation filing in each business through quarterly auditing .
10. Builds business partnership with line managers and all group companies’ training professionals to allow for knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices and leveraging ideas and resources and act as a consultant for them.
11. In all of the above, works in tandem with Group HR team to ensure overall directions are aligned.
Person Specifications
1. A recognized degree
2. Min. 5 - 8 years relevant experiences in MNCs with good knowledge in the training function and must be a key in-house trainer for the MNC companies. A US company with HQ training support is preferred. 3. Good level written and spoken English is a must
4. Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work effectively
6. A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
