DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

The Senior Technical Project Manager – Test Development will be based in Zhuhai . This role is focus on test development to improve the satisfaction of internal/external customers to our service.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

* Create test proposal according to customer test specification or product specification and quote with different scenario considering the factors including cost and reliability and with pros and cons of all options.

* Take the ownership in design reviews, and make decision for the best solution.

* Take the ownership of technical leader during the test development process and reply to all technical issues from customer on behalf of the team.

* Follow up all the things related to test development - schedule control, material purchasing, team member assignment, task assignment, regular meeting with customer and internal team, issue tracking, budget control, profit control, etc.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering, computing related.

* Excellent communication skills in written and oral English; fluent English communication with foreign customer is required.

* Minimum of 5 years test development project management experience.

* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with aggressive schedules.

* Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues and tracking bugs.

* Familiar with EMS production environment, very good knowledge on electrical manufacturing process and testing process

* Good knowledge on all kinds of test solutions, including structural test and functional test.
