Job Description:
Solid foundation in consultancy sales fundamentals such as vision creation, prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, client presentations and deal closing, ideally with the knowledge/experiences in project management. Account management includes sales strategy,sales execution, project management and account growth plan. Proven track record in client management and new sales acquisitions.Experiences and successes in a quota carrying position ideally with MNC
Requirements:
1.Master degree with more than 10 years working experience either in IT service or software industries.
2.Strong industry knowledge
3.Have very strong solution selling skills.
4.At least 5-8 years of selling and quota carrying experience, above 3 years of people management experiences
5.Be able to manage a challenging sales quota and experienced in multiple industry-specific IT solutionsin relation to relevantindustry
6.Be aggressive in new sales development and can lead sales to pursuit new opportunities.
7.Be able to travelfrequently to visit customers and prospects.
8.Can-do attitude and team work spirit
9.Mandarin / English speaking
