职责、权限
Responsibilities
1. 负责公司日常帐务处理工作及各类财务报表的编制;
Responsible for handing day-to-day account work and prepare all types of the financial statements
2. 审核各类报销的原始单据;
Examine all types of the original documents which apply for reimbursements
3. 定期检查库存现金和银行存款是否帐实相符;
Inspect whether the cash consisted with the bank deposit regularly
4. 解释、解答关于财务会计制度中的规定;
Explain the provisions of the financial accounting system
5. 负责公司日常会计核算工作,保证会计核算流程正常运转;
Responsible for the day-to-day accounting work
Make sure the accounting processes work in normal
6. 负责指导与协调公司各部门相关的财务工作;
Responsible for direct and coordinate all other departments’ financial work
7. 负责公司纳税申报工作;
Responsible for the company’ tax report
8. 负责会计档案的归档与保管;
Responsible for keep and pigeonhole the accounting archives.
9. 负责公司固定资产的管理;
In charge of manage the company’s fixed assets
10. 负责公司财务相关证照的申办、年审等管理工作;
Responsible for declare the license which relevant with the financial, and in charge of annual audit.
11. 负责费用合理性审核与控制;
Responsible for check and control the reasonable of the expense
12. 参与审核PO,根据销售PO开具Invoice
Audit PO and issue invoice accordingly.
13. 完成总经理临时交办的财务工作。
Complete the finance work arranged by the general manager temporarily.
素质、能力要求 (学历/技能/经验)
Requirements (education, skills,experience)
1. 学历:本科(含)以上。
Education: Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
2. 技能:
a)熟悉常用财务软件或ERP系统;精通Excel常用函数,数据透视表等;能够使用PPT,Visio绘制流程图等。
Familiar with common accounting software or ERP system; Proficient in Excel function, and able to use PPT & Visio.
b) 有处理研发公司全盘帐务的能力。
Ability to handle full set of account
c) 熟悉国家最新的有关会计、税务、进出口、外汇、社保的法律法规。
Good knowledge of the newest laws and regulations about accounting, taxation, import &export, foreign exchange, social insurance etc.
d) 较强的沟通和表达能力;工作积极主动;有较强的时间观念与逻辑分析能力;组织管理能力.
Good communication and presentation skills; Self-motivated; have analytical capability and organization ability.
e) 具有资源整合能力.
Can integrate resources.
f) 较好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Fluent in written and spoken English.
2.经验:
a)5年以上跨国公司全盘会计工作经验。
5+ years of accounting experience with multinational companies.
b)有ERP操作经验,对使用过的ERP各模块有一定的了解,
Hands-on ERP experience, at least a basic understanding of each modules of ERP systems.
c)有研发公司全面预算编制、收入及费用预测、成本控制的经验。
Familiar with design house’s budget preparation, revenue & cost forecast and cost control.
d) 会计制度、资产管理制度的编写经验及业务流程规划经验。
Experience with the preparation of accounting policy, asset regulations, as well as standardizing business process.
e)有深圳外商投资企业年检经验。
Sound knowledge and experience of Shenzhen Annual Inspection For Foreign Invested Enterprise.
