Job Requirements

1) Reporting to the Regional Sales Director in expanding the sales revenue for China / Asia region

2) Deploy account strategies in conjunction with Management to achieve goals and objectives set for the business.

3) Responsible for aggressively pursuing PCB business to ensure market growth and position the interconnect technology group for future business success.

4) Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.

5) Communicate issues and problems to Management to drive and assist with resolution.

6) Preferably with understanding and knowledge of Printed Circuit board fabrication as well as the technical background to engage in capability discussions with Customers Engineering, Quality and Procurement organization.

7) Proven track record in generating profitable business growth in the Printed Circuit Board industry.

Additional Requirement

1) Diploma / Degree holders is required.

2) Preferably with 3-5 years sales experience in the PCB or related industry.

3) MS office skills including Words, Excel, and Powerpoint.

4) Good interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, presentations & negotiation skills.

5) Strong leadership skill with ability to prioritize and perform multi-tasking.

6) A history of establishing strong relationships with key OEM customers is certainly a plus point.

7) 30%-40% of traveling within China domestic & Asia is required
