Role Priorities:
· Lead to establish the plant finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, tax planning, cash management, and internal control systems by working with global financial, IT and E&Y teams;
· Work with E&Y and global team in legal entity set-up and financial registration process;
· Work with IT team to establish all IT systems required to run the plant, including financial information and billing system as well as other applications and support;
· Lead to develop plant financial Policies and Procedures in accordance with the Company and legal requirements;
· Lead to coordinate and prepare annual Capital & Expense budget and monthly & quarterly forecast update as required;
· Lead monthly and year-end closing on timely fashion;
· Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses and develop solutions to guide business leaders;
· Prepare financial statements, financial reports and analysis, along with meaningful commentary to explain results to various levels within the organization;
· Recruit & train the financial team as the Plant Project progresses;
· Lead internal / external audit activities;
· Oversee and manage government & 3rd party relations including be aware of all applicable governmental status and regulations;
· Define saving initiatives and track performance on monthly basis to ensure targets are achieved;
· Provide general supervision and management of the day-to-day financial affairs;
· Ensure financial records & systems are well maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles;
Qualification
· University Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required;
· Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting/financial management position, CPA and/or Big 4 experience and working knowledge of SAP preferred;
· Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in a manufacturing environment, and local tax and GAAP;
· Proficient English skills in written and spoken
· Leadership and influencing skills; Effectively and persuasively communication to the senior management.
· Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with different cultural background;
· Willingness to work extended hours during times of budgeting and/ or monthly/quarter closing.
