岗位职责:
1、 根据公司发展战略目标,制定、建立、完善切实可行的供应链管理体系,建立健全采购、仓储、物流等工作流程;
2、 制定并完善切实可行的供应链管理计划,优化采购、仓储、计划、物控,VMI等环节的管理流程,实施监控和管理;
3、 建立和健全供应链与各关联部门之间的对接,建立供应商的开发、维护、跟踪及评估体系,合理控制采购及运输成本并保证品质;
4、 负责制定供应链管理流程及制度,并不断优化和改进,提升供应链效率,达到及时交货目标;
5、 对信息化管理系统(SAP系统)有比较深的认知和具体实施的经验,能够指导公司供应链管理信息化工作;
6、 负责供应链各职能部门的工作规划及协调,对团队成员和相关部门进行培训和指导,开展组织和团队建设;
7、 作为工厂与客户、供应商的桥梁,积极与客户、供应商做好生产交期的协调和决策。
任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,物流管理相关专业毕业;
2、10年以上制造行业相关领域工作经验,至少8年以上供应链管理工作经验;
3、良好的英语读写能力,口语流利者优先考虑;
4、拥有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,有丰富的团队管理经验;
5、有较好的抗压能力,同时需要有良好的奉献精神和全局观。

Job Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in logistics management or related majors;

4. Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills, rich experience in team management;
