岗位职责：

1、  根据公司发展战略目标，制定、建立、完善切实可行的供应链管理体系，建立健全采购、仓储、物流等工作流程；

2、  制定并完善切实可行的供应链管理计划，优化采购、仓储、计划、物控，VMI等环节的管理流程，实施监控和管理；

3、  建立和健全供应链与各关联部门之间的对接，建立供应商的开发、维护、跟踪及评估体系，合理控制采购及运输成本并保证品质；

4、  负责制定供应链管理流程及制度，并不断优化和改进，提升供应链效率，达到及时交货目标；

5、  对信息化管理系统(SAP系统)有比较深的认知和具体实施的经验，能够指导公司供应链管理信息化工作；

6、  负责供应链各职能部门的工作规划及协调，对团队成员和相关部门进行培训和指导，开展组织和团队建设；

7、  作为工厂与客户、供应商的桥梁，积极与客户、供应商做好生产交期的协调和决策。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，物流管理相关专业毕业；

2、10年以上制造行业相关领域工作经验，至少8年以上供应链管理工作经验；

3、良好的英语读写能力，口语流利者优先考虑；
4、拥有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，有丰富的团队管理经验；

5、有较好的抗压能力，同时需要有良好的奉献精神和全局观。

5. Job Requirements:

  1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in logistics management or related majors;

  2. More than 10 years work experience in manufacturing or related fields, at least 8 years of supply          chain management experience;

 3. Good English reading and writing skills, oral fluency is preferred;

 4. Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills, rich experience in team management;

 5. Strong resistance to pressure, good dedication and overall view.
