Responsibility 岗位职责

1. Develop and maintenance the standard cost system

开发和维护标准成本系统

2. Take part in preparing the ROFO, provide the analysis of variance between actual and budget/forecast

参与准备ROFO，提供实际和预算/预测之间的差异分析

3. Evaluate and follow up the investment projects and cost saving projects

评估和跟踪投资项目和节约成本的项目

4. Analysis and report the difference of inventory, quarterly inventory stocktaking

分析并报告库存差异，季度库存盘点

5. Report, analysis and follow up the deviation of product cost and cost center between target cost and real cost

报告，分析和跟踪产品成本与成本中心在目标成本与实际成本之间的偏差

6. Responsible for implementation of internal control system, regulation and procedures and ensure their compliance

负责实施内部控制制度，监管和程序并确保其合规性

7. Participate into AX and Power BI reporting system as key user

作为关键用户加入AX和Power BI报告系统

8. Collect and analysis for plan/actual/target variances for relevant plant KPIs, and the performance management of lean project

9. Analyze the opportunities and risks of financial statements, build effective analysis model

10. Assist the controlling manager in identifying and controlling the business risks of the company

11. Assist the Group in identifying and internal controlling anti-corruption and anti-fraud

12. Fulfill other functional related assignments nominated by controlling manager

Requirements 要求

1. 5 years or above of work experience; and minimum 3 years finance analysis and controlling experiences in the manufacture relevant filed

2. Bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration related education background

财务和商业管理相关学士学位

3. Knowledge of CAPEX projects budget management is preferred

4. Good command of English in written and spoken

5. Excellent in Excel, PPT, good knowledge of AX and Power BI software is preferred

6. Excellent communication skills and focus of problem-solving and decision making.
