· Lead to establish compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training & education, performance management systems by working together with Duracell Dongguan Plant and Global teams;
· Lead to recruit and train new hires by working with business partners;
· Lead to develop and implement H.R. Policies and Procedures needed for the plant in accordance with the Company long-term and short-term mission and strategies;
· Lead activities to build healthy relations with local government;
· Ensure legal compliance. As a consultant to the leadership team, providing expertise advice and translates business needs into HR requirements to drive and implement value added H.R. initiatives so as to build organization’s capability and increase organizational effectiveness and business performance;
· Lead and develop H.R. team to provide professional services and advices to different functions.
· Establish and implement Administrative management incl. Security, Canteen, Dormitory / Housing, Transportation, Reception, etc.
· University Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources Management preferred;
· 2-3 years related experience in manufacturing site is essential, experience inan international company and administrative management preferred;
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on of government regulations and labor laws.
· Proficient English in both written and spoken;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in diverse work groups and able to build relationship and influence employees at all levels;
· Good capability of planning, organization, coordination, analysisand problem solving skills.

•领导和发展人力资源团队为不同的功能提供专业的服务和建议。
•建立和实施行政管理,包括保安、食堂、宿舍/住房、交通、接待等。
大学本科学历,人力资源管理专业优先;
•2-3年制造现场相关工作经验是必不可少的,经验在国际公司行政管理经验者优先;
•深入了解和掌握政府规章和劳动法。
•熟练的英语书写和口语能力;
•出色的沟通和人际交往能力,能在不同的工作组中有效地工作,并能在各级建立关系和影响员工;
良好的计划、组织、协调、分析和解决问题的能力。
