职责描述：

1.为公司提供仪表及电气技术支持服务，同工艺人员及其他相关专业技术人员一道确保基地内各工厂的平稳运行。

Provide E&I technical services for company, work closely with operators, PE or other related professionals closely to ensure BU running smoothly and reliably. 

2.与技术员及相关供应商一起解决各工厂出现的电仪故障，编制相关技术规范及程序，在SAP系统内完成自己所负责的工单，督促技术员完成相关工厂的巡检工作，协助工艺人员优化工艺操作，核对库存备件并组织采购，管理外部服务商在现场的作业。

Coordinate with technician and relative contractor to solve E&I problems, set up relative technical regulation and procedure, complete SAP related work such as applying material No, create WO etc. supervise technician to execute predictive maintenance including filed instrument and DCS inspection and regular check, support operator to optimize process status, examine spare parts and purchase in time, manage external contractors in MUSC site.   

任职要求：

1.具有化工仪表自动化及控制系统知识，具有SAP操作能力。

Experience of electrical equipment, petrochemical instrument and control system, be familiar with SAP application.

2.协助电仪维修经理进行电仪技术员的日常管理

To assist the E&I maintenance manager in daily management of E&I technicians.

3.独立解决现场发生的各种电仪故障，与相关专业技术人员一道对各种故障进行诊断和处理。

Be capable of dealing with E&I malfunctions independently to ensure stable running of MUSC. Be able to perform RCA with related professionals and propose improvement solutions.    

4.密切与各工厂工艺操作人员联系，负责技术员的日常管理沟通和工作协调

Keep effective and timely communication with operators and PE of MUSC BU.

5.具有解决各种突发事件的能力，为工艺优化运行提供专业支持。

Ability to deal with all kinds of unexpected incidents, provide technical support for process optimum operation. 

6.完成主管交办其它工作

Fulfill the other tasks assigned by the superior.
