职责描述：

1)  Technical leadership, engineering discipline and guidance for all global BCS EU Engineering activities.  Work with Managers in the engineering center on their daily issues to allow them to do their work in an effective and efficient way.  Insure procedures and processes are followed to support the numerous regional product launches.  Facilitate the teams by developing engineering leaders and technical experts which support the global cooperation. 

2)  Support product line business acquisition activities from technical perspective, including quotation and guiding technical presentation materials/development through local managers.  Develop key relationships with VW, Fiat, Ford and GM Engineering leaders.  Work with product planning to identify product needs for China and EU market.   Main point of EU technical contact for EU customers for application and CoC program developments.

3)  Responsible R&D and Capex Budget in EU; Responsible for product engineering support of manufacturing facilities in ***, *** and Suzhou, China. Help Manufacturing and Purchasing resolve technical and/or supplier issues by providing technical product expertise for BCS.  Work with AME to develop future manufacturing processes that are coordinated with new product introductions.  Continue to drive strong focus on illumination, Material/Resin, Styling/Designa and cosmetic surfaces.                        4)  Drive BCS Product Engineering group activities to achieve max re-use.

-Assist with Monthly Engineering Metrics and KPI’s

-Support all corporate iniatives; Ops Review, OPSP, FER’s

-Measure performance (deliver performance, quality, re-use, SPICE conformance).

-Implement industry-standard improvement activities (SPICE, AUTOSAR, Auto-coding, Rhapsody-based design modeling, etc.)

-Measure LCC resource usage and drive for consistent use globally.

任职要求：

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university 

Post-Bachelor’s degree -- Masters’, PhD or professional degree 

• At least 10 years of working experience on product design and development (preferably in automotive industry)

• Successful experience in Product Development as a project leader in a relevant industry for several years

• Know how in the mechanical and electrical field and in plastics moulding and injection; Process Know in R&D (measurement, laboratory, testing, etc)

• Knowledge in plastic moulding an injection

• Familiar with general MS office software, good at CAD 3D design operation skill (UG CAD software is preferred)

• Familiar with TS16949; 14001; RoHS, REACH, general household international safety standard, etc will be a plus

• Experience in team building and leading, experience as a manager of a bigger team is a plus

• Good analysis ability and problem solving skill

• Excellent communicate & interpersonal ability

• Fluent in English is a must
