Job Responsibilities:

• Lead QA Team and technical staff in carrying out tests and checks to ensure the product quality to meet customers’ requirements;

• Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers; and compare them with customers’ requirements;

• Develop and maintain the QA standards, policies and documentation flows as an effective system;

• Liaise with customers’ auditors and execute corrective actions to comply with customers’ specifications from factory auditing, compliance and evaluation matters;

• Resolve technical problems and continuously improve the product quality;

• Make recommendations to management on all quality and technical issues;

• Conduct quality reports analysis, recommend solutions and preventative measures;

• Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training. 

Job Requirements:

• Advance Diploma Education in Quality Management, Clothing/Textiles or equivalent;

• At least 10 years QA/QC working experience in garment manufacturing industry, especially for overseas (USA & EEC) clients;

• Solid experience in ladies’ woven high fashion including silk and polyester fabric

• Knowledgeable in international quality standards (AQL) and legislation issues;

• Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills to work with clients independently

• Good problem-solving, presentation and interpersonal skills;

• Well versed in both written and oral English (CET-6/equivalent or above) and Cantonese, Putonghua;

• Proactive, quick response and customer oriented;

• Required to long station in Dongguan, Guang Dong, PRC.

• Occasionally travel to cities for QA trip within PRC.

• Proficient in PC skills & Mobile equipment
