Purpose:
1. Will be in-charge in ensuring that all customer concerns and queries will be addressed on a timely manner.
2. will help control and certify all customer documents, updated and monitoring of system as well as submission of various reports needed / requested by customer
3. Responsible for checking, reviewing and recommending approval for identified activities.
4. Will be in-charge of ensuring that department targets are met and concerns are addressed accordingly and in a timely manner
5. Will manage all RFQ coming from customer and ensure that a competive quotation will be provided based on the agreed target dateRole Clarification
6. Excellent English both in oral and written.
Job Description
1. Window person of the customer
2. Change management which includes implementation and control of customer documents
3. Coordinate technical and quality issues from the customer
4. Customer interface and conference calls (if needed)
5. APQP & PPAP completion
6. Evaluation run execution for new projects as well as customer change (CN)
7. Ensure customer audit success
