Key accountabilities of the position :
Provide general administrative support: including reception duty, maintenance of office equipment and dormitory.
Organize meetings, business travel (hotel &flight), transportation arrangements and procurement of stationery and distribution.
Handle and follow up monthly attendance report (including leave/OT etc.) in order to maintain updating and completing record.
Handle and manage the cleaning and meal services and process expenses report for management review.
Direct communication with external and internal parties, handles basic inquires and interact with peers and management level staff
Update the summary administrative report for management review.
Asst. HRA manager to conduct recruitment needs, arrange interview time schedule and conference room booking.
General staff monthly salary preparation, social insurance maintenance.
Handle the entry and exit procedures including general staff exit interview.
HR related documents management.
Asst. HRA manager to organize the company activities.
Any ad-hoc urgent assistance and complete special projects as assigned.
Key requirements for the position:
Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant solid working experience on Human Resources & Administration.
Good Interpersonal skills with respect to office HRA work, staff coordination as well as external communication.
Strong in excel spreadsheet as well as PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentation handling.
Higher Diploma in Admin and HR Management.
Well-organized with attentive in details, able to work multi tasks under pressure, Independent and self-motivated.
Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, commitment, problem solving and time management
Fluent spoken and written English.
