Responsibilities

Ÿ  Responsible for end toend recruitment process, including candidate sourcing& qualifying, interviewing and offer negotiation

Ÿ  Work closely with functional/business leaders and line managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria

Ÿ  Provide consultative and operational support to functional/business leaders and line managerson recruitment related activities to ensure timely and quality delivery

Ÿ  Provide support and participate in other ad-hoc recruitment initiatives and HR projects

Requirements

Ÿ  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business and other relevant disciplines

Ÿ  Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, either from recruitment agency or in-house recruitment in China. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Officer or Specialist levels

Ÿ  Manufacturing industryexperience is a must

Ÿ  Recruitment experience in technical positions, such as Research & Development, Design Engineering roles in Automotive, Industrial Automation and Artificial Intelligence would be preferred

Ÿ  Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping/tooling, machining, plastics injection, plating and powder metallurgy, would be a plus

Ÿ  Creative, result-oriented, logical, proactive team player, able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment

Ÿ  Exposure in identifying and attracting overseas Asia talent is preferred

Ÿ  Good communication skill, able to work with different level of stakeholders, including internal hiring managers and external vendors

Ÿ  Fluent Englishand native Mandarin
