Job Title: Dorina & 68 Inventory and Costing Team Head (Assistant Manager / Supervisor Grade)

Responsibilities:

1.      Develop proper cost management practices and processes

2.      Lead the team to perform monthly cost calculation and inventory reconciliation, preparation of inventory and cost reports

3.      Monthly inventory reconciliation summary and gross margin analysis;

4.      Exercise internal control over inventory ledger with adequate transactional documentations;

5.      Monitor inventory management and reconciliation, including periodic and non-periodic stock take;

6.      Implementation of Inventory and costing ERP system, build up reliable database for finance record

岗位职责：

1. 制订成本管理规范、制度和业务流程；

2. 每月进行成本归集，分配，核算与报告，处理存货及成本相关业务，并定期编制存货及成本分析报表；

3. 提供相关产品销售的成本、毛利分析；

4. 完成存货分析与控制工作；

5. 对存货的管理和核对，包括存货的不定期和定期的盘点工作；

6. 协助建立存货及成本信息系统，健全成本控制财务档案。

Requirements

1.      Over 5 years cost accounting experience, internal audit experience is preferred ;

2.      Adequate exposure to Inventory and costing ERP system;

3.      Competence to provide accurate and timely feedback related to inventory and costing, and provide relevant report and analysis;

4.      With professional ethics, responsible, can work under pressure;

5.      Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications (Word, PPT);

6.      Good organizational skill, coordination skill, communication skill, and teamwork spirit;

7.      Fair command of both written and spoken English: level 4 or above

任职要求：

1. 具有5年以上成本会计工作经验，內部審計经验優先；

2. 具有库存及成本系統相関操作经验；

3. 能够提供准确、及时的反馈成本信息，并出具成本管理报告及有效的分析；

4. 具备良好的职业道德、富有责任心，沟通能力强，能承受一定工作压力；

5. .熟练使用财务办公软件（word、PPT、excel函数）；

6. 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神；

7. 语言能力要求：英语四级及以上，具有良好的读写能力。
