Position Summary: 

The position focuses on research and development on new testing technologies to enhance testing quality and efficiency for motors.
Responsibilities: 
1. Develop testing equipment for motor testing when there are new test requests 
2. Master testing methods and motor principles and devise solutions for new testing requests, hardware selection and software development
3. Maintain existing testing software (LabView), hardware (Power Analyzer, DAQ, PLC controller, Chamber and Shaker) and CVI
4. Provide support for failure analysis in testing
5. Analyze root causes of equipment failure and provide maintenance support
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
2. Over 5 years working experience in laboratory testing with sound knowledge in testing equipment development
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English
4. In-depth understanding in Labview, C and PLC
