Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead and engage the Shenzhen team of 45 FTE, assess and evolve team structure, career paths, and individual skill sets to identify bench strength and opportunities for new talent.
Responsible for overall management of all activities at the Shenzhen office. The Managing Director defines the management agenda, lead the local management team, facilitate communication and escalation to the Global HQ in Park City, Utah
Communicate values, strategies and objectives to the team in accordance with the global HQ plans and build company image in the China region in accordance with the global HQ rules.
Provide regular – formal and informal – coaching to all team members, and opportunity for career development to high-potential team members.
The managing director is accountable for the Shenzhen office P&L,
Requirement:
Proven track record in managing and building successful teams.
A minimum 10 Years Supply or Operations Management, proven P&L management and performance.
Experience in People Management, Supply chain Management, New Product Development, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management, Financial Budgeting, Strategic planning
