Position Summary: 

The position will prepare training plans, design and deliver training workshops with bilingual ability (Mandarin Chinese and English) and the latest methodology for delivering effective training workshops.  Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, the position will assist in designing, developing and delivery of talent development programs.  The position holder is also expected to work independently with minimal supervision and share knowledge with members of Training & Development, Human Resources and other functions whenever appropriate. 助理经理的主要职责是:1、双语去准备培训计划,设计和实现现场课堂培训;2、用最新的方法实现有效现场课堂培训; 3、协助培训经理进行人才发展项目的设计、开发和交付;4、此职位持有人需要以最低限度的监督下独立工作;5、与本部门同事及合适的其他部门同事分享知识。


Responsibilities: 

• Develop annual/quarterly training programs based on business needs as well as employee development requirements.  Design, develop and deliver soft skill training courses such as leadership, management and people development. Execute the training plan to ensure the organizational and employees’ development goals are fulfilled as planned开发年度及季度培训计划基于公司业务发展及雇员成长发展要求。设计、开发和提供软技能培训课程,如领导力、管理和人才发展。执行培训计划,确保组织和雇员发展目标如期完成。

• Identify sources of appropriate training / learning programs based on business requirements and employee development and prepare proposals.根据业务需求和雇员发展,选定合适的培训或学习计划的资源并准备相关培训计划。

• Assist Training & Development Manager in designing, developing and delivering learning programs for talent development, as required根据要求协助培训经理设计、开发和交付人才发展项目的学习计划。

• Partner with team members to continuously improve orientation training to help new employee quickly adapt to new work environment与团队成员合作,不断改善新职员入职培训,帮助新职员快速适应新的工作环境

• Lead or participate in projects to help upgrade skills, knowledge and knowhow transfer creating an environment for a learning organization. 领导或参与项目,帮助提升技能、知识和知识转移,为学习型组织创造一个环境。



Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines本科或以上学历,大学主修人力资源或英语或相关专业

• 7 years or above working experience in training with exposure to talent development programs and online learning platforms preferred至少要7年或以上培训经验,有人才发展计划和在线学习平台经验者优先。

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning and organizing skills优秀的展示、协调展示及人际关系和沟通等技巧。良好的计划及组织技巧。

• Good cultural awareness and can interact with employees across cultures良好的公司文化意识并可以与非本地的雇员良好互动。 

• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office  and training related applications良好使用办公室及培训相关软件技巧。

• Fluent in spoken and written English; native Mandarin Chinese  流利的英语口语及书写。
