Position Summary:

The role will manage production workshop machine maintenance team operation and implement the machine preventative maintenance, overhaul and urgent repair.

Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor and control all maintenance activities for automation machines, manual machines, as well as peripheral equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner

Provide urgent repair support when production line stoppage or machine breakdown occurs. Keep track of repair records

Provide technical support to the team regarding new machine selection and evaluation. Machine downtime and setup time Improvement

Train up operators and managerial staff to perform preventative maintenance so as to achieve TPM, Plan and on time to overhaul.

Develop and maintain an effective Preventative Maintenance (PM) system and PMWI.  Follow and achieve ISO9001 (2015) requirements.

Collaborate with suppliers to conduct repairs or overhauls in short lead time and cost effective manner.

Drive improvement for parts standardization and workshop safety.

Requirements:

Diploma or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

5 years or above related work experience

Be proficient in specific repair tools

Good knowledge of mechanic assembly drawings

Be proficient in mechanic fitting requirement and possess assembly experience

Understand  repair manuals

Be required to travel to other regions (or sites) to establish PM system.

Good command of English and Mandarin
