JOB POSITION: Store Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

主要职责： 

Customer Service Management: Monitoring that Customer Services provided by the section staff fits the company standards (FR, Zoning, alterations, reservations, transfers, telephone...). Collect valuable information from customer to share with Line Commercial and\or Product Manager.

顾客服务管理：监督员工提供的客户服务能达到公司的标准，收集来自客户的有价值的信息并反馈给品牌经理或产品经理。

Product Management: Making sure that the store has in every moment the right amount of product, the right variety (item\quality\color) and the right place (floor and stockroom) on the right time (replenishment, camion, sales) to boost sales efficiently.

产品管理：确保店铺在任何时候、任何区域都有足量的产品储备、品类储备，以提高销售的有效性。

Store Image:Ensure that the store image is following the company standards but is adapted as well to the local customers' needs and expectations (visual merchandising, control of installations, staff image monitoring, closing standards...)

形象管理：确保店铺的形象满足公司的要求并适应当地客户的需求和期望。

Staff Management:Support and coordinate Section managers in organizing store personnel, assigning duties, training, motivation, follow up, Holidays, breaks, rota, and all documents related (for incoming and outgoing staff), conflict solving.

员工管理：协助部门经理进行店铺员工的管理，对团队工作进行安排，培训员工，激励员工，管理员工休假，管理入职/离职员工的相关资料，解决员工关系问题。

Budget Control:Handle all section resources in an efficient way, reaching the highest sales objectives with the lowest cost (hours, electricity, materials (bags, paper, stationery, hangers, furniture, TGT, Cassio, wastage, robbery, tills, security procedure...).

预算控制：有效控制分管部门总体预算，以最低的成本（工时，电力，店铺办公用品，家具，TGT系统，安防设备等）达到最高的销售目标。

REQUIREMENT:

职位要求： 

Medium in verbal and written English;

良好的英语口语、书面沟通；

Ability to manage sales be sensitive to commercial environment;

具备销售管理的能力，对商业环境有敏锐的洞察力；

Excellent team leadership, able to train, develops and motivates team members.

良好的团队领导力，能培训、发展和激励员工。

A minimum of 1 year managerial experience in Fashion Retail or Retail

至少一年以上的零售管理经验，快时尚行业经验者优先考虑

Interest in fashion, tendencies and designers

精通服装产品，流行趋势，陈列搭配，具备较强的时尚敏锐度

University Degree and above

大专及以上相关学历
