Overall Job Description:
This role has the unique opportunity to shape the future for the brand, yet see through impact to today’s business.
This role is responsible for our ~$100MM NOS brand new innovation for China as a global lead market working in close partnership with the global franchise team in North America.
This role will partner strongly with our eComm team to ensure initiative Fit for Use and business building plans in that channel.
Qualification Required:
The role requires an individual with very strong entrepreneurial business mindset, passion for the consumer, ability to lead design/ agencies/external partners, and mastery at leading x-functional teams – with the ability to envision, yet follow through to delivery of the innovation.
This role needs breakthrough thinking to guide our 19/20 and beyond innovation which includes first since launch Base upgrade of product and holistic design, unique to China Sensitive Line Extension, and Radiant special Line Extension.
