Overall Job Description:

To make Hair the greatest Shelf brand in the industry.

Accountable for master design for Department Store, Shelf Systems with guidelines and roll out. Will over see and handle internal counter management system (CMS) for department store and shelf systems.

Develop “permanent merchandising systems” that are part of the counter fixture. From time to time (IMP) adaptation work my be required working closely with Visual merchandiser.

Collaborate with local in-store team and multi-functional team to deliver design intent to market.

Provide  in-house design support for permanent fixture and knowledge in visual merchandising in order to develop and deliver competitive instore design and expansion plans of the brand(s). May include regional brand adaptation.

Grow and develop external capability, build network and expertise.

Scope

This role is critical to deliver the brand’s iconic Store Design retail expression with excellence in market and brilliant instore execution.

This position requires a high level design skills to create and deliver new instore store fixture guidelines, 7-10 years experience.

Cross functional partnership (ISO, CBD, marketing, purchasing, suppliers, and agencies).

Act as Gate Keeper ensuring the integrity and consistanct design equity and guidelines.

Qualification Required:

Formal background , design degree or trained from an accredited college or university. Have Industrial Design, Interior Design or architecture design background. Must-Must-Must have hands-on experience in retail experiance.

Good balance of Mastery between creativity and pragmatic process is required to create and bring ro market original and competitive fixtures.

Knowledge of the permanent fixture and merchandising brand concepts including brand spirit, technical details, materials, markets, samples, construction details and prototypes with the supplier.

Have knowledge of shoppers, competitors and customers in order to contribute, evolve and adapt the brand to the greatest global brand.

Software experience HEAVY AUTO CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator and power point.

Project management skills and ability to work without supervision.   

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
