Job Responsibilities
1、 Schedule QC daily work according to the booking to ensure inspection is done in time and according to the best location arrangement
根据预约和地点的安排计划QC每日工作,以确保检查及时完成。
2、 Schedule the Audit announcement and arrangement with supplier and sourcing.
与供应商和采购部门计划审计公告和审计安排。
3、 Coordinate between Quality team, Sourcing team and suppliers to ensure all issues related to quality inspection can be ran smoothly.
与品质部门,采购部门和供应商协调以确保质量检查相关问题顺利进行。
4、 Help QUALITY department for administrative work such as filing forms, translation, report, inspection report checking and uploading etc.
协助品质部门处理相关行政工作,包括表格填写,翻译,报告,检查报告核对以及上传等。
5、 Maintain the Inspection Booking record and Audit record perfectly to ensure good KPI
维护检查预定记录和审计报告以确保良好业绩。
6、 Help PE with maintaining the database in good order
协助产品工程师维护数据库的良好秩序。
7、 Manage one staff (intern or regular employee) to support the QC booking
管理一名员工(实习生或正式员工)支持QC工作。
8、 Review basic control point of inspection report and feedback to QC leader and Inspector
审核检查报告并反馈给品质部门主管和质检员。
9、 Offer assistance on raw material sourcing when necessary
需要时协助新物资采购。
10、Other tasks related to the position.
岗位相关的其他职责。
Job Qualification
1、 College degree
2、 At least 1 year working experience with familiar position
3、 Good communication and coordination skills
4、 Good command of English in both speaking and writing
5、 Circumspective and patient, high sense of responsibilities
6、 Proactive and hard working, be able to work independently
7、 Good time management
