Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage planning of materials per product demands and ensure all planning parameters are maintained and updated into MRP system;
2. Participate in customers order review meeting;
3. Review periodic material status and summary reports and conduct periodic capacity review with CIE and production department, review the material planning with Warehouse and Production to ensure products are produced as per company’s business plan.
4. Monitor material receiving, kitting, stock ledger accuracy and finish goods delivery in accordance to store procedure.
5. Work with purchasing for material delivery, pull in or push out to improve inventory turns.
6. Manage logistics & custom clearance to ensure on time delivery.
7. Work out the material offline kitting and preparation per work orders.
Qualification:
1. Degree / Diploma holder in Purchasing & Supply or related discipline;
2. 10 years’ relevant experience in EMS manufacturing, including 5 years management level; store experience preferred.;
3. Strong leadership and communication skills;
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000
6. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
