Responsibilities:

1.Pick up the data from closed Local Book by branch;

2.Check VAT and other local taxes by branch to Agencies(22 copies by fixed schedule);

3.Filling all deductable VAT invoices by branch by month;

4.Declare SZ and DG branch to Tax Bureau;

5.Check tax declaration reports with 22 branches from agencies with list;

6.Daily digital Tax Invoice checking;

7.Distribute digital invoice no. to stores;

8.Post current month's deductible VAT invoices to agencies for 认证（tax reviewing) from GL accountant with list;

9.Check tax payments by 22 branches with list;

10.Prepare tax report with summary to superior;

11.Quartly Income Tax declaration;

12.Sharing list for Branches of Quartly Income Tax declaration;

13.Monthly Statistics for Shenzhen Government;

14.Monthly tax survey for Shenzhen and Guangzhou;

15.Monthly VAT tax invoice to Branches;

16.Other work assigned by the superior;

Requirements:

1.At least 3 years related experience in tax administration and tax calculation;

2.With professional ethics, responsible, can work under pressure;

3.      Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications;

4.      Good coordination skill, communication skill, and teamwork spirit;

5.Able to accept short-term business trip in guangdong province;
