Position Summary
To be a core member of the legal team in China and to provide legal support for the company’s operations, growth, and overall strategy
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide solutions on business and organizational issues while considering local/national laws, regulations, policies, and practices
Be an enabler in the Company’s efforts to generate (organic and inorganic) growth and be an equal partner to the business units
Play an active role in the effort to identify, prevent, mitigate, and respond to legal and business risks
Support the optimization and management of the company’s corporate entities or organizations (including WOFEs, JVs, partnerships, etc.)
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures
Skills & Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and drive
Dedicated team player
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong integrity
Education & Experience
Degree in Law and professional qualifications
About [3-5] years’ working experience, preferably with a mixture of private practice and in-house experience
