YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESWILL INCLUDE:
- To respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, fax andemail communications) in a timely manner;
- To follow up with related function depts. toensure orders are received and processed as required by customers;
- To follow up and clear backlogorders/shipments to improve delivery performance;
- To clarify problems with customers in relationto slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding);
- To handle customer complaints according tocompany procedures and service standard;
- To assist and back up other team members andprovide clerical supports to Sr. Account Service Officer.
WHAT WEWILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- 1 year experience in related industry ispreferred;
- CET 4 or above, proficient in Englishcommunication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc);
- Customer and result oriented, can work underpressure;
- Quick and careful learner, can workefficiently and effectively.
