ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Take full ownership of the project. From Kick off to Mass Production.
2. Responsible for technical coordination and onsite management of assigned projects,
including project progress, vendor’s management and quality monitoring.
3. Ensure the product is following all client’s requirements and support production teams to
achieve projects timeline and specifications.
4. Coordinate with other departments like Engineering, Procurement, Production and Quality
to ensure smooth and planned workflow.
5. Lead the decision-making process at the project level and the right time.
6. Provide the project status and evaluation and maintain efficient communication to sales
team and management on a regular basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines.
2. 5-7 years experience in project management.
3. Technical & Electronics background is MUST.
4. Professional on product development process, from concept to mass production.
5. Ability to solve technical issues.
6. Experience in different manufacturing technologies.
7. Ability to independently learn and explore new technologies and manufacturing processes.
8. Proven Team leadership experience.
9. High communication & organization level.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
11. Ability to control and coordinate different manufacturers.
12. Ability to work under pressure.
13. Good negotiation skills.
14. Ability to travel in and out of China (Car owner is an advantage).
15. Excellent Spoken English and Chinese.
16. Software – Office, Pro E (Solidworks knowledge is a big advantage)
