Job Requirement:
-College’s Degree or above in Human Resource or other business management;
-Minimum 3 years’ working experience in training management;
-Good PPT\Excel\Word skill;
-Oral and writing English is a must;
-Good trainer skills for basic training program;
Job Responsibility:
-Identity training needs by communication with each department heads;
-Implement monthly training plan and coordinate the training activities;
-Design some basic leadership training courses and conduct this course;
-Optimize training and development management system and Establish internal trainer police;
-Make training report and data analysis;
-Take charge of ER related work and have good idea to how to improve enterprise culture;
-other training related tasks;
