Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for  Shaft, Worm and Bushing machining process improvement and work on new machining process (Cold forging ) for new programs.

Responsibilities:
· Cold forging new project development E.g shaft manufacturing method , Tooling preparation & Improvement ,prototype sample manufacturing  ,Deployment project to mass production.
· Align manufacturing method to internal customer’s new products and new process requirements
· Arrange technical team work and review their results daily
· Communicate with different parties to ensure projects are executed according to plan
· Standardize process, cutting tools, machine, gauges, operation and other related processes

Requirements:
· Diploma or above, major in Mechanical/Manufacturing or Mechanical-Electrical related
· 5 years or above experience hand on experience over multi station horizontal type Cold forging & machining process improvement
· Knowledge of  multi station horizontal type Cold forging  & machining on lathe, grinder and roller forming
· Can deal with problem on the spot and work pressure
· Customer focused, willing to learn and hard working
