Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of services in support of the delivery of HR policies and processes, utilize knowledge of HR programs to assist managers and employees;
- Independently study, analyze and offer solutions to human resource problems as an individual contributor or team member;
- Accountable for implementing specific human resource programs, as in their specialty or working with a human resource specialist;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers, employees and other team members to create a partnership;
- Perform in-depth analysis related to HR data to support management business decision making. Regular prepare HR measurement report to monitoring HR services;
- Monitor & keep improving the effectiveness and efficiency of HR related programs and processes
- Provide consultancy to management team on daily HR service delivery; Work on a daily basis in support of HR operations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years or above experience specialized in HR field, solid experience in providing professional service to support the operation of departments;
- Change oriented and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
- Skillful in delivering results with minimal supervision and guidance;
- Good knowledge in labor laws and government policies.
