工作范围 Job scope：

1. 支持和协调所有重要项目或直接主管安排的任务。

Support and coordinate all key projects or tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

2. 密切跟进所有的新调查包括创建报价请求表,涉及到的所有运费和创建最终的报价单。

Closely follow up all the new inquiry including creating quotation request sheet, calculating all the freight cost involved and creating final quotation sheet.

3. 协助全球销售团队管理的需要，协助跟进各个订单的处理从以及发货等。完成指定的报关/发货/订单跟踪等任务。

Assist global sales team with administrative needs.

4. 协助邮件细节和跟踪与潜在销售机会,主要来自贸易展。

Assisting in mail outs and following up with potential sales leads that generated from trade shows.

5. 安排营销络脉、产品拍摄定期更新公司宣传册和网站。

Arranging marketing collaterals, product shooting to update company brochure and website periodically.

6. 密切关注了一些在特定地区的销售线索。

Closely follow up with some sales leads in particular region.

职位要求 Job requirement：

1. 本科毕业生或有一些销售&市场营销的经验。

Undergraduate or graduates with some experience in sales & marketing.

2. 有很强的沟通能力在英语、普通话书面表达能力。

Strong communication skills in both English Mandarin, both written and oral. 

3. 会使用计算机软件如Microsoft Word,Excel,Powerpoint和其他软件如Adobe Illustrator,AutoCad等。

Competent in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCad and etc.

4. 能够承受当地和国际旅行。

Able to travel locally and internationally under short notice.

5. 能在有限的时间内完成工作。
