崗位职责:
- 领导跨部门工作以确保项目按时并在预算范围内完成
- 监控项目过程,确保达至客户要求和定时对客户和管理层报告项目进行度
- 识别和解决任何项目相关问题及风险
- 担任外部客户和内部团队的联络人
- 协助业务开发和销售团队处理客户商业问题
崗位要求:
- 本科及以上,就读机械/电气工程或相关学科专业优先
- 至少5年的项目管理以及面向客户经验,
- 具一级汽车公司工作或汽车零部件制造商的工作经验
- 熟悉原始设备制造商或一级汽车公司工作环境优先
- 熟悉汽车行业和TS16949质量体系
- 具良好的决策, 时间管理和领导能力
- 具良好的有效谈判和演讲技巧能
- 具良好英语及中文能力
Responsibilities:
-Lead cross functional team activities to ensure projects can be completed on time, within budget and meet business objectives
-Monitor the production and ensure the production quality are up to customers’standards, and to provide progress status reports to customers and line management in timely manner
-Identify and resolve any issues
-Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
-Support Business Development and Sales teams on commercial issues
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree holder or above, major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
-Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a focus on customer facing role; previous experience in OEM or tier 1 automobiles/consumer electronics company is highly preferred
-Previous work experience on regional markets is preferred, especially withJapan and Korea
-Familiar with Automotive Industry and TS16949 quality system
-Decisive, with excellent time management and leadership capabilities-
-Strong negotiation and presentation skills
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
