Description：

1. Introduce the new project to the team, Create detailed project development plan with product luanch cycle;  execution, control/monitor and close item activity.

2. Work close together with all departments (sales, marketing, engineering, purchasing and operations) to drive the project smooth launch to production.

3. Good communication skills  with all team member , conduct weekly con-call with both BRK (US) and SZN team.

4. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

5. Interact with the customer to meet expectations and win the business.

6. Conduct project weekly update reivew meeting with team and insure project is under the right track without major issue .

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.Mechanical, molding and electrical product background .

2. At least 5 years working multinational Culture manufacturing experience, preferably in cable manufacturing or electrical industry.

3. PMP（Project Management Professional) certificate is prefer.

4. Knowledgeable in cable and connector, or medical device manufcaturing.

5. Good command of English speaking and writing as well as for Chinese.

6. Passionate and driven,Microsoft tools; Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

7. Exceptional organizational skills.
