Key Responsibilities
1) Develop new technology for group to support growth on new products /business
opportunities
2) Co-operate with other team members to setup a technology roadmap strategy for Group to growth new business opportunities
3)Co-operate with technology/ solutions partners to adopt new technology from the
market
4) Develop firmware architecture solution platforms for different BU
5) Do Conceptual Feasibility Studies for New Technology Adoption
6)Give technical support to the team members to finish the CFS studies prototype developments.

Person specifications

1)10+ years experience in FW area
2) Solid and strong experiences for developing innovative products
3) Fast to adopt new technologies
4)Solid technical knowledge on FW and HW design
5) Master at embedded system C programming
6) Understand communication BUS design such as 12C /SPI/ UART/ CAN/LIN/RS485
7) Must have successful experiences on BLDC FOC FW design
8) Must have fluent English communication skill
9) Experience on GDB debug is strongly favored
10)Experience on RTOS is a plus
11)Experiences on ARM MCU is a plus
12)Experiences on GIT/SVN or other source code version control server is a plus
