Duties:
1. To manage the assigned accounts within the framework of the contract
2. To manage customer demand and be responsible for on time delivery
3. Price negotiation, contract negotiation
4. To lead the Customer Focus Teams to ensure timely execution and to achieve customer satisfaction
5. To manage the KPI's for the assigned accounts, including OTD, revenue, margin, inventory, accounts receivable...
6. To act as the liaison between the company and the customers
7. To take care of other assigned tasks
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 8 years or above EMS Program Management or relevant working experience
3. A problem solver with strong logical thinking
4. A good communicator
5. A people person
6. Strong leadership and management skills
7. Excellent in spoken and written English
