岗位要求Job Requirement:
-College’s Degree or above in Human Resource or other business management;
大专以上学历,人力资源管理或工商管理专业。
-Minimum 3 years’ working experience in training management;
三年以上培训相关工作经验。
-Good PPT\Excel\Word skill;
办公软件熟练。
-Oral and written English is a must;
良好的英语口语和写作技能。
-Good trainer skills for basic training program;
能作为内部培训讲师,主导公司日常的基础培训。
岗位职责Job Responsibility:
-Identity training needs by communication with each department heads;
整合公司内部培训需求,并实施。
-Implement monthly training plan and coordinate the training activities;
主导或协调培训的正式实施。
-Design some basic leadership training courses and conduct this course;
培训课程的设计,如管理能力提升课程。
-Optimize training and development management system and Establish internal trainer policy;
持续优化培训流程,建立内部讲师培训制度。
-Make training report and data analysis;
培训报表及相关数据分析。
-Take charge of ER related work and have good idea to how to improve enterprise culture;
负责部分员工关系的工作。
-other training related tasks;
其它培训相关事宜。
