Qualification:
1. The post requires a graduate from bachelor degree or equivalent, has several years of experience (> 5 years) in the industry field and Quality management responsibility (electronics or automotive field are recommended).
2. At least 3 years work experience on customer quality and have good both oral and written English skill. Have well experience by directly communicating with oversea customer, including customer compliant analyzing and following up.
3. Have well process quality control experience and process failure analysis experience.
4. Have passion in quality filed and can work under pressure.
5. Specialist technical knowledge / qualifications are mandatory in the following topics:
- Evaluation of process capability analyses and general statistical evaluation methods.
- Strong communication skill both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong communication skill within company, push production department to do quality improvement.
- Good logic thinking, have great skill of analysis, summary and report.
Responsibility
1. As a contact window to handle customer compliant, organize customer compliant analysis, take improvement and report to customer in US, follow up customer feedback and share customer information within plant.
2. Transfer customer compliant information to plant and push production department to do cause analysis, process improvement and result validation. Summarize monthly customer compliant and report to management.
3. Follow up the external rework status, organize external rework analysis and action follow up.
4. Process quality control and monitor, action follow up and validate for customer compliant, external rework and internal rework.
5. Take responsibility of quality system ISO13485 standardization, implementation and maintenance.
6. Participate in process audit, internal audit and customer audit.
7. Other tasks as assigned by manager.
