Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall work of PROJO, and ensure the projects smoothly;
Responsible for the PROJO-PL, PROJO-E and PROJO-T have the resources they need; together with managers for the PROJO-PL, PROJO-E and PROJO-T have a steering group that can feedback to Technical Manager;
Coordinate the project team, the related resources, ensure the projects completed on schedule and in according to the process;
Ensure the testing report and regulation report and risk control according to the requirements of customer;
Ensure the new project introduction as planned, assist to handle the customer complaints;
Report the project quality, cost, schedule, risk regularly, and coordinate related resources, estimate the project risk, timely solve the problem of manor projects;
Regulate and optimize the project management about the system and processes, improve the efficiency of the project, ensure all documents as requirement for the quality system;
Lead the whole project team and assess the team performance.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design class;
More than 10 years experiences in project management, at least 5 years experiences in 50 people team management, medical equipment industry is requirement;
Familiar with project management, mechanical design, testing and regulation specification, new product introduction process and quality requirements;
Good at cross team cooperation, positive and initiative, good at communication, strong logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and solving problems;
Familiar with the product life cycle, the methodology of target management and process management, and has a corresponding specific field experience;
Good at team management, and leading team member;
Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
