EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university, or junior college with over 8 years working experience and potential; and a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with using an MRP/ERP system is required. Employee must possess strong communication skills and must be competent in the use of computerized systems and office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Data base programs, and Outlook). Must have at least 8 years customer service experience, textile industry will be preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Employee must have the ability to:
1. Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and information.
2. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
3. Effectively present information, and respond to questions from groups of senior level management, and internal customer inquiries.
4. To speak and write English and Chinese dialects proficiently.
5. English: must be CET 6 or TEM 4 level
