任职资格:

General Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationship in accordance with company requirements
Expand US market business, achieve yearly sales target set up by management.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Act as the dedicated representative to the agreed customer base across all offered Services, & take lead to improve customer satisfaction.
Develop business with potential clients in China/US via phone calls/Email/visits.
Follow up the existing customers, expand the business scope and increase the volume of business
Anticipate proactively customer needs and changes and offer corresponding new solutions.
Work with operation team to resolve customer-related issues, and be responsible for
business and profitability growth
Requirements:
Good communication in Spoken &Written English is a MUST, English major is preferred.
Customer focused, good listener, action oriented
Accountable and responsible; Positive attitude under high pressure.
Able to work alone as well as a team player.
