Objectives:

-  Manage the accounting, treasury operation and financial activities to adhere BV global policies.

-  Coordination all the accounting, financial transactions and tax reporting activities to meet the regulations both local and IFRS

-  To support management for any BV accounting projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-  Coordination the company’s accounting operation smoothly, accuracy, and meeting HO deadline.

-  Be responsible for coordination general ledger and review for A.R , A.P and all adjustments.

-  Reviewing of general ledger and subsidy ledger (AR and AP) posted accuracy in JDE.

-  Be responsible for month end closing, AD 50 reports, and analysis and reports submission (AD50,   AR / Aging report).

-  Prepare monthly financial reports ( B/S Movement, OCF, ICD, AR aging, CAPEX Report etc.,)            

-  To alliance with accounting firm for annual tax auditing and filing, AUP reports to Centre FIN office.

-  Coordination for the reconciliation of withholding tax related reports.

-  Coordination treasury function work smoothly to meet operation requests.

-  To associate the internal control for payment / purchasing request and procedures

-  Coordination for preparing and declaring annual corporate tax package.

-  Train responsible colleagues at labs following the BV accounting rules, preparing correct reports and understand local tax rules for expenditure.

-  Daily Revenue Back Log Report

-  Other accounting tasks as required

Skills and Requirements:

-  Good English communication skills

-  Good command of MS office application;

-  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

-  High level of accuracy, commitment and dedication;

-  Analytical and detailed oriented;

-  Proactive and self-motivated;

-  Good team players with open minded.

Education & Experience:

-  University degree in Finance or Accounting;

-  CPA firm experience preferred;

-  Minimum 5 years of related experience with multinational company;

-  JDE accounting software experience preferred;
