SUMMARY:
Interface with regional managers, partners and customers. Maintain assigned territory/accounts for customer support for those designated areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order entry and order checking
• Handle customer phone calls and emails
• Handles quotes, issue and update RMA’s
• Manage accounts/territory that is assigned
• Attend weekly meetings
• Send samples/literature
• Attend trade shows/sales meetings
• Run reports as assigned
• Responsible for contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• Support ISO Quality System, Quality Policy and Continuous Improvement efforts
• Responsible for helping train new employees as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Mandarin Chinese
• English
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to plan and prioritize work
• Must be able to express idea’s or concerns to supervisor
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Associates degree or higher preferred
• Previous customer service or technical experience preferred
